Software House Mérida is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the Information Technology and Services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, driving sales and revenue growth by turning qualified leads into customers, nurturing leads by building long-term relationships, expanding our current client base and revenue, creating and executing sales strategies, sales pitches, managing client accounts, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is an energetic and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful business relationships. This role requires a motivated self-starter who is able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
🔹“Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (online calls, cold calling, presentations, etc.).
🔹 Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with existing and potential clients.
🔹 Forecast sales, develop “outside of the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness.
🔹Qualify prospects based on Client's Budget, Timeframe (onboarding), Project Requirements, Workforce (in-person, remote, hybrid), Identifying “Decision maker” and the decision process.
🔹 Cultivate relationships with clients and prospects to expand the customer base.
🔹 Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
🔹 Understand the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
🔹 Provide service information to customers and understand customer needs.
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
🔹 Negotiate and close deals with clients.
🔹 Understand, manage, review, and solve questions about NDAs and Client contracts as well as collect signatures.
🔹 Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
🔹 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity.
🔹 Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
🔹 Report and provide feedback to management and marketing using financial statistical data.
🔹 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
🔹 A minimum of 3 years of proven professional sales experience in the information technology and services industry.
🔹 Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
🔹 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, Sales platforms, and Zoom or Google Meet or equivalent.
🔹 Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
🔹 Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
🔹 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
🔹 Excellent time management and organizational skills.
🔸 Laptop or Desktop, Reliable internet connection, computer headset.
🔸 Fluent in English (Required).
